One Central Park or OCP for short is comprised of two towers that has a surface area of 97,000 square meters with 50% of the buildings facade having vertical landscape that was designed in collaboration with French botanist an artist Patrick Blanc. Block 2 of the tower was the first residential tower in Sydney to achieve a 6 Green Star rating. The property itself was was previously an industrial site this mixed use development was completed in 2013 having ground breaking architectural elements with the buildings iconic “Sky Garden’ hovering roughly 100 meters high on a cantilevered platform that extends 42 meters beyond the East Tower.

-350 deferent species of plants used in the green plants
-85,000 facade plants in total
-23 green walls totaling 1,200 square meters
-Largest green wall is the East Tower equalling 196 square meters
-5,500 planter boxes surrounding every level of the East and West Towers and five levels of the retail podium
